The cabin is an A-frame open floor plan with two closed bedrooms and one large loft style bedroom.
- First level: Living room, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, full bathroom, laundry area
- Second level: Master loft/bedroom with King bed 2 twin beds, a queen futon, and full bath
- Outdoors: Large, sunny wooden deck with lounge seating, a fire pit, BBQ.

- Access to Blue Lake Springs Pool (open until mid-September), lakes with beaches and floating docks (open until late October, weather dependent, reopens Memorial Day), clubhouse, fitness rooms, and golf.

Cabin has a flat paved driveway, snowplow contract, central heat/air conditioning, and a propane fireplace.
This is the perfect beginner snow cabin, but carry chains or snow socks if you do not have AWD/4WD
